Henry, ‘Hearts and Crosses’

Baldy Woods grabbed a drink and finished it. Baldy typically got his way when he desired something. He, however, this is not Baldy’s tale. He took a drink now, his third, bigger than the first and the second. Baldy had been listening to his friend’s problems. Baldy was going to advise his pal now. So the friend was providing the beverages for him. The friend made the proper decision by acting in this way. Baldy declared, “If I were you, I’d be king.” He uttered it clearly and loudly. Put his big hat back on his head, Webb Yeager. He twiddled his fingers through his golden hair. It appeared more erratic now.

Without a doubt, Baldy replied. “You should rule as a king. However, you are merely the queen’s spouse. If a man in Europe marries the daughter of the monarch, that is what occurs. His wife ascends to the throne. Is he a king, though? No. His only responsibility is to pose for photos with the queen. and become the king’s father in the future. That is incorrect. Yes, Webb, you are just the spouse of the queen. And if I were you, I would become king and turn the world upside down. Baldy gulped down his drink. “You and I have been cowboys together for years,” Webb remarked to Baldy. Since we were very small, we have been cycling the same routes. Other than you, I wouldn’t discuss my family with anyone.
